Hey, when you massage your breasts, just use your hands. You may want to use sesame seed oil or something to make sure you do not experience a lot of friction when you are trying to massage your breasts.

I use vaseline and bio oil for cracked skin, but it definitely doesn’t do anything to make your breasts get bigger.

Sesame seed oil is supposed to help increase breast size somewhat, but not a lot. Some people have also seen results using soy, fennel and flaxseed.
If you are 21 or over you can use Triactol. Unless you put it under extreme heats all should be fine. =)

Breast massaging can help somewhat, but I am not sure how much. Hypnosis does have some studies that show it is effective, but once again – I’ve not used that technique.
