Ohum okay… Home remedies generally means things you can do at home without going out of your way to buy stuff. Normally stuff that you might already have. Within your guidelines of ‘at home’, anything that doesn’t require leaving the house to ingest/apply/etc. is a home remedy. From the title, I thought it would be something more like what ^Taylor up there thought. I know it would mean extra research on your part, but you clearly know enough about the subject to know if something is a total scam/joke. Being the authority on the subject, it would really help if you could find some actual at home methods where you don’t need to go out and buy some strange herbs.

If you have something in your house already that has phytoestrogens, by all means, use it. I am not going to tell people to try something that isn’t going to work though. These are as close to what you’re talking about as it gets. You’re not going to be able to rub carrots, soy, or any of those other things people try to get results. Sorry to upset you.
