If you are asking “Does massaging breasts increase size?” , the answer is yes and no. The breasts can increase in size by massage, but it usually is not a big increase.

Surgery

No one likes to be cut on, felt up on by strangers, and all that jazz, especially when you already hate your breasts. Going into a plastic surgeon can be pure embarrassment, and besides for that, the pain and fuss are enough to make you want to run out of the building.

Since you probably feel the same way that I do, you want to find another way to increase the size of your breasts. It is a proven fact that breast massage actually can allow you to see some growth in your breasts. 

Breast Massage

Massaging your breasts should help your breasts get more blood flow to them and even begin to increase the production of prolactin which is supposed to help your breasts grow bigger but the amount of growth is very little.

If you are desperate you may not care if it is just a little bit of growth and I totally understand you there. If you are ok with a little bit of growth then using massage may be right up your alley. 

How To Do The Massage

Massaging your breasts once in the morning and  evening for about 15 minutes should be enough to allow you to begin seeing some results.

The best way to massage your breasts is by laying on your bed or some other comfortable surface, relaxing and getting some massage oil. If you massage your breasts without oil you are going to cause yourself to become raw, and it will not help you at all.

When you begin to massage you should start to go in little circles all over you breasts. You should not massage the nipple area.
